The Story Behind the Service
I started my healthcare career in doctors offices working with patients who visited every few months for management of their diseases. Once I became a nurse, I worked in Assisted Living and then Critical Care, and finally ending up in Hospice before I decided to pursue a better route to helping patients.
Throughout my nursing career I have seen many people with chronic conditions, struggle, progress, and fail to manage their conditions often resulting in additional chronic diseases, interventions, and suffering because of their conditions.
I want to help educate your patients, implement strategies to help manage their conditions, and give them the support and resources to effectively manage their chronic conditions.
